Hello, I’m Marcos Moure and my passion is telling stories through portrait photography. Based in Arteixo, I specialize in professional portrait work: from personal and artistic portraits to images designed for corporate environments. I come from an analog tradition — my father showed me the magic of photography — and that respect for the image still guides my careful attention to light, composition and digital processing. My approach is simple and honest: I seek authenticity. I work so each person feels comfortable in front of the camera and can present themselves as they truly are. In artistic portraits and more sensitive sessions I also create a relaxed, respectful atmosphere with clear direction that supports the subject without forcing stiff poses. Alongside creative portraiture, I produce images aimed at professional presentation: corporate photography, LinkedIn headshots and CV portraits. I understand a strong professional image must communicate confidence, competence and alignment with your personal or company brand. That’s why I prepare each session carefully — advising on location, background and lighting — and apply refined retouching that preserves naturalness while enhancing the best features of each portrait. My process is collaborative and approachable: we start with a conversation to understand your goals, propose location and style (natural, editorial or corporate), and during the shoot I foster a calm environment to obtain sincere results. As a retoucher I deliver a final finish that highlights what works best in every portrait without altering the person’s essence. I also teach courses and workshops for photographers: sharing techniques from capture to development and retouching is another of my callings.
