I am Jordi Casals, professionally known as Foto Meli. With over 35 years connected to photography and as the second generation of photographers in my family, I have specialised in professional portrait photography: capturing the personality, presence and confidence that images need to represent a person or a company. I work from my studio in Figueres, and I also shoot on location when the light or the message calls for it. My approach combines technical skill with a personal touch: I prepare each session with a short pre-shoot conversation to understand the objective—professional profile, LinkedIn photo, CV photo or corporate image—and adapt lighting, framing and style to suit the subject's personality.
