I’m Jordi — a professional Barcelona photographer and retoucher — based in Esplugues de Llobregat. After a period working in IT I discovered that photography was my true passion; for over 10 years I’ve worked as a professional photographer and retoucher, focusing on portrait photography, fashion and commercial work. My training is ongoing: in 2022 I began an Audiovisual degree at IEFC to deepen my understanding of image and visual language. I position myself as a portrait specialist: my work aims to capture images that convey each person's personality and purpose. I shoot sessions for model books and professional portraits intended for LinkedIn, CVs or personal and editorial communication. I combine studio and outdoor sessions, using natural light, continuous lighting and flash depending on the needs of the project. Mastery of digital retouching is an integral part of my offer: I deliver professionally retouched images that preserve the subject’s naturalness and identity. How I work: I start with a conversation to understand your objectives (professional image, book renewal, use on social networks or portfolio). From there we define style and location — studio or outdoor — and I prepare the session with attention to wardrobe, poses and color palette. On the day of the shoot my priority is to create a relaxed and efficient atmosphere: many fashion shoots and books in my portfolio demonstrate experience oriented toward results. After the session I handle image selection and final retouching, taking care with color, texture and finishing so the photos serve their intended purpose (LinkedIn, CV, casting, catalogue).
