I’m Jona Bueno, a Uruguayan photographer now based in the Santurtzi area, with a clear passion: portrait photography. My work comes from a personal story — photography hooked me in a modest neighborhood of Montevideo — and ever since I’ve aimed for each session to tell something real about the person in front of the camera. As a portrait specialist, my priority is to capture authenticity: those looks, smiles, tears and gestures that speak louder than forced poses.
