I’m Oihana Marco, a photographer specializing in professional portraiture based in Oria. My work focuses on creating images that do more than show a face — they tell who you are: your presence, experience and the attitude you want to project in professional contexts. I primarily work with corporate photography, portraits for LinkedIn and CVs, and business portraiture, bringing a perspective shaped by my background as a psychologist and anthropologist combined with my artistic practice. My approach is intimate and unhurried: I apply therapeutic photography principles and the philosophy of "slow" photography so each session becomes a safe space to connect with your essence. Before the shoot we have a brief interview to understand the image’s purpose (professional networks, CV, corporate website, internal communications) and to explore the style that best represents you. During the session I support you with clear, approachable directions, music if you like, and posture and expression suggestions that encourage naturalness; I don’t use rigid posing but encourage authentic gestures that communicate confidence. The experience I offer is both technical and human: I carefully select lighting, framing and background so the portrait looks professional and is consistent with your personal brand or your company’s identity. Moreover, my training in accompaniment and personal processes helps me facilitate sessions for people who feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, transforming unease into a powerful, elegant image. Although my specialty is professional portraiture, I occasionally collaborate on commercial projects and workshops for groups and institutions, contributing a gender-aware perspective and visual empowerment when appropriate.
