I’m Susana, the face behind Vitamina S Photography, and my passion is portrait photography. After training in photography over recent years and turning this craft into my language for connecting with people, in 2020 I chose to focus my work on wellbeing photography: being a ‘vitamin’ photographer who brings energy, calm and confidence to every session. I specialize in portrait photography because I believe a great image goes beyond technique: it should show how you feel and help you see yourself as you really are. My style seeks naturalness and authenticity; I work with patience, conversation and empathy so you feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. I avoid forced poses and excessive retouching: I prefer clean, honest images in which you recognise and like yourself. How I work: we start with a conversation to get to know each other and design a session that represents you — location in Gasteiz / Vitoria or nearby, pace and style. During the session my goal is to create a safe, pleasant space where humour, trust and listening are the foundation for capturing sincere moments. I like to guide you with gentle directions, suggest gestures and situations that flow naturally and, above all, respect your rhythm. Why choose Vitamina S for your portrait? Because my approach combines documentary sensitivity with a carefully considered aesthetic; because my sessions are designed to generate wellbeing as well as beautiful images; and because I work from closeness: many people tell me they value the time and calm that are present in the sessions. Although my specialty is portrait photography, I also offer maternity sessions and family photography when you’re looking for a close, natural experience.
