I’m Alberto, photographer at Bermanz in Gijón, and I dedicate myself passionately to professional portrait photography. After more than 20 years behind the camera, I’ve learned to balance traditional reportage with a fresher, more modern perspective. My aim is to produce photographs that convey authenticity and professionalism—images that work for LinkedIn, your CV or your company’s visual communication. My approach as a specialist in professional portrait photography starts with closeness. I prefer a human, face-to-face interaction; before turning on the camera I like to get to know the person, their work and the message they want to communicate. In studio sessions and on location I adapt lighting, background and pose so each portrait is true to the subject’s personality and useful for their professional goals. I work with patience and conversation so that even those not used to being photographed feel comfortable and natural. What sets me apart is the combination of technique and empathy: mastering studio light, composition aesthetics and editing, while also caring for the atmosphere of the session.
